Q What’s the delivery time period from the date of purchase?
Ans- Delivery within 7 working days.
 
Q How do you dispatch the products?
Ans- We use professional courier services or speedpost across India.
 
Q If product is not available what option do I have?
Ans- If the product is not available in stock we can send a production request for your order. Production order takes in between 30- 45 working days. You also have option to cancel the order. We suggest you do not cancel the order and await your order as each piece of jewellery / gift item is unique and you may not find the same piece again with us.
 
Q What will be the production time in the above case?
Ans- 30-45 working days.
 
Q What is refund turn around time in case of cancellation?
Ans- 10-21 working days in case of Credit card payments. For bank transfers and Cheque/DD payments, it takes 7 working days.
 
Q Will there be any deduction in the refund amount?
Ans- No
 
Q Can I change my order for the product which is available instead of cancelling the order (in case the product is out of stock)?
Ans- No, you will have to place a new order.

Ans- Delivery within 2 Weeks anywhere in India.
 
Q Do you also provide international Shipment?
Ans- Not at the moment. However, we can consider international shipments on some cases provided the cost of shipment is born by the customer.

Q What is the buy back policy?
Ans- If the client wishes to sell the coin at a later stage he can sell it off to any Gitanjali retail ventures(GRV) or to any of the local jeweler. The percentage of deduction depends on the gold spot price of the day.
 
Q I want the necklace that your brand ambassador is wearing?
