Delivery Policy
Gitanjali gifts shall deliver all products purchased online within 2 Weeks from the date of purchase. We use third party courier / postal services for delivery and shall not be liable for any delay caused from the delivery service providers.
Before accepting delivery of the product/s, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. Cancellation Policy
>> Products and services once booked through Gitanjaligifts.com cannot be cancelled and the refunds thereof are not allowed in any circumstances.
A. For Diamond Jewellery (Except Amore Brand):
1. Free of Cost Replacement in case of diamond falling within 6 months due to manufacturing defect.
2. Cost of diamond replacement would be intimated to the customer in case of diamond falling not due to manufacturing defect.
3. Damaged Product can be repaired on request and will be charged.
B. For Lucera
1. In the Unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we will repair the piece free of cost
C. For Watches
1. Watches are guaranteed against all technical defects for a period of 24 months (except leather strap, plastic PU components and battery)
2. All Watch Pieces which are defective due to fabrication problems will be replaced.
3. After 24 months, the producer guarantees a payable after sales service in order to solve any eventual problems.
4. All defects due to incidents, improper use or abuse (collision, crush, etc.) are explicitly excluded from the warranty.
D. For Spiritual Artifacts
>> There will be a 6month validity of free repairs & minor touch up job.
For all Repairs
1. Original Bill, Certificate and/or Guarantee Card are Compulsory.
2. The cost of courier and handling charges will be borne by the Customer.
3. eGitanjali Limited. reserves the sole right to determine whether the defect is a Manufacturing defect.
4. The policy of Conflict of Terms applicable on all Repairs.

1. For Exchange within 14 Days, all items must be returned in their original condition as unworn, unaltered, and undamaged. Items returned without an attached brand / Gitanjali security tag will be subject to a 15% revaluation fee.
2. No damaged product will be exchanged or bought back by the company. Deductions made by the company are towards levies, taxes, wear and tear etc.
3. The cost of courier and handling charges will be borne by the Customer.
4. Exchange / Up-gradation not available for Eternity and Solitaire collections of Diamond Category.
5. For any Buy-Back or Exchange, Original Bill, Certificate and/or Guarantee Card is Compulsory.
6. In exchange, there has to be an upgrade in the value. Difference to be paid by the customer.
7. Exchange can happen in the same category (exchange diamond for diamond).
8. The policies are subject to change without prior notice.
9. When the Diamond Jewellery is received for Exchange/Buy -back, it will be sent to the Gitanjali factory for QC. Once the QC is ok, exchange/refund will be processed by the same mode as that of the original transaction within 21 working days.
10. Sales under promotion includes - Gift vouchers / discount vouchers redeemed, discounts and free gifts availed.
11. Any product can be exchanged only once.
12. Schemes running at the time of initial purchase will not be valid at the time of exchange.
13. Disputes, (if any) will be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction
14. The Policy of Conflict of Terms applicable on all Exchanges and Buy-Backs.

The EMI will be for 6 months. The amount of EMI will be calculated on the purchase value. It will be divided accordingly for 6 months and it'll be deducted from your credit cards account you use.
